  • Varying sized offices ranging from $500-$1000 each per month

  • Ten cubicles with locking storage cabinets for $300each per month

  • Proximity to the transit center, light rail, and courthouse

  • One shared conference room within the suite

  • Utilities included
  • Wireless internet access
  • Copier/ printer/ fax/scanner available for a fee based on monthly usage
  • Telephone for a small additional charge
  • Postage machine available for a monthly fee based on
    usage

  • Use of CFSC conference rooms for 5 hours per
    month, additional hours for a small charge
